Jacinta from Body Science EP has first hand experience in helping those suffering from PTSD, Depression, and/or Anxiety.
Jacinta is experienced in working with ex-emergency services personnel in helping them manage their mental health issues.
While it sounds like a cliche, by engaging in one on one sessions with Jacinta, you will find an increased ability to manage your moods, manage anger and frustrations, and develop a greater sense of purpose and self worth.
